Yes. We present the design through 3D models and renderings, and we make the decisions on materials, colours and layout with you on those visuals before any work begins.

It depends on the size and scope of the project and on whether the fit-out is included. After the site visit and briefing meeting, we prepare a proposal specific to your project.

Our studio is in Ümraniye, Istanbul. Alongside projects in Istanbul we have worked in Kocaeli and Nevşehir, and we consider projects in other cities case by case.

Yes. For new buildings and renovations that need a permit, we prepare the architectural design in line with the zoning conditions and the drawings required for the permit application.
