One team takes your project from the first idea to handover. If that is what you need, we can also take on the design only, or the fit-out only.
- Architectural design and permit drawings Architectural design for new buildings and major renovations, taken through to the drawings needed for the building permit.

How we work
Site visit and survey
We visit the space, take a measured survey and work out your brief with you.
Design and 3D visuals
We present the layout, materials and colours through 3D models and renderings.
Technical drawings and quote
For the approved design we prepare construction drawings, permit drawings where needed, and a cost proposal.
Fit-out and handover
We coordinate the trades, material orders and the site, and hand the finished space over to you.
About
Doha Architecture was founded in 2024 by architect Adile Üçgül Turunç. The studio is based in Ümraniye, on the Asian side of Istanbul, and our projects reach beyond Istanbul to Kocaeli and Nevşehir in Cappadocia.
Every job starts with a site visit and a measured survey, and we develop the design with you through 3D models and renderings. On approved projects we also take on the fit-out, so the space that gets built is the one you signed off on.

Do you only design, or do you also carry out the work?
Both. We can carry out the projects we design, including the trades, materials and site coordination. If you prefer, we can also work on the design only or the fit-out only.
How does a project start?
We visit and measure the space. Once we have agreed your needs and expectations together, we start on the design.
Can I see the design before work starts on site?
Yes. We present the design through 3D models and renderings, and we make the decisions on materials, colours and layout with you on those visuals before any work begins.
How is the fee determined?
It depends on the size and scope of the project and on whether the fit-out is included. After the site visit and briefing meeting, we prepare a proposal specific to your project.
