Architectural design and permit drawings

The architectural project describes a building through its plans, sections, elevations and details, and it is the core set of drawings submitted to the municipality for a building permit. For new buildings and major renovations, we develop the architectural design from the first concept through to the permit drawings.

What is included?

How we work

We start by establishing what the plot allows, based on the title deed and zoning information. We then put together your requirements, compare alternative layouts in 3D and turn the approved design into technical drawings ready for the permit process.

On the Cappadocia Stone House, we took this approach with the region’s traditional proportions, façade language and materials, and gave them a contemporary reading.
