Fit-out and turnkey delivery

Fit-out is the stage where the approved design is built on site. We also carry out the projects we design, managing finishing works, bespoke joinery and the trades as a single point of contact.

What we take on during fit-out

• Quantity take-off, cost planning and the quote
• Scheduling and coordinating the trades
• Material selection, ordering and delivery tracking
• Quality checks on bespoke joinery in the workshop and on site
• Site management, snagging and handover

Fit-out only

We also work on projects designed by other studios, acting as site lead for the duration of the job. In that role we protect the design intent while keeping the work on track technically and on schedule.
