Apartment renovation

Apartment renovation reorganises the layout, surfaces, services and wet rooms of an existing home. Doha Architecture starts every renovation with design decisions and runs the works as a single contractor, which reduces late changes and unexpected costs on site.

Before you start

Works that affect load-bearing walls, columns or beams, or that change the façade, may need municipal approval, and changes affecting common parts of the building need the consent of the other owners. We establish what needs approval during the survey.

Yes. Our studio is in Ümraniye and we work on homes across Istanbul.

After the survey we agree the scope and finish level and prepare a cost quotation based on measured quantities.
