Office interior design
Office interior design and fit-out: layout planning, meeting rooms and private offices, storage, materials and lighting.
Office interior design reorganises the work, meeting, reception and storage needs of a business around the floor area it has. Doha Architecture runs office projects from the first survey to handover, combining design and fit-out.
What we cover
- A layout based on headcount and workflow
- Reception and waiting areas, reception desk
- Private offices, meeting rooms and small meeting booths
- Built-in cabinets, shelving and archive storage
- Wall panels, floor and ceiling finishes, acoustic needs
- General, task and decorative lighting; power and data layout
- 3D visuals and construction drawings
How the process runs
- Survey: we visit the space and prepare a measured survey.
- Brief: we agree how many people will work there, how, and which rooms are needed.
- Design and 3D visuals: we present the layout and material choices in 3D.
- Drawings and quotation: we prepare construction drawings, quantities and a cost quotation for the approved design.
- Fit-out and handover: if you wish, we also run the fit-out, coordinating trades, materials and bespoke joinery.
Our office projects
On the Gotik Yapı, Özata and Onursan offices in Kocaeli we combined reception, work, meeting and storage areas within limited floor areas.
Frequently asked questions
Can the office stay open during the works?
Yes. We can phase the works or schedule noisy tasks outside office hours so that the office keeps running. This can extend the overall programme.
Can I hire you for design only?
Yes. We hand over the design and construction drawings and you can carry out the works with your own team.
