Renovating an existing villa

Rather than stripping everything out, we keep the spaces that work and give unused areas a new purpose. At Zekeriyaköy Villa we turned a ground-floor living area into a cigar lounge and reworked the upstairs bedroom and study within the limits of the sloping roof.

From architecture to interior

On new villas, making architectural and interior decisions together reduces later changes. On the Cappadocia Stone House our studio developed every stage from design to permit drawings.

Frequently asked questions

Can we stay in the villa during the renovation?

Often yes, if the works are phased floor by floor. During heavy plumbing and wet-room works you may need to stay elsewhere for a while.

Do you design the furniture as well?

We design built-in cabinets, wall panels, shelving and kitchens and follow their production, and we also advise on loose furniture.
